Liejamų termoplastinių detalių susitraukimo tyrimas

Abstract

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama termoplastinių detalių, gautų liejant spaudimu, matmenų kokybė. Išnagrinėtas detalės (skriemulio) defektas – kontroliuojamo matmens neatitikimas brėžinyje užduotam matmeniui, atsirandantis dėl medžiagos susitraukimo. Atlikti eksperimentiniai tyrimai ir nustatyta kontroliuojamo matmens priklausomybė nuo liejimo slėgio, formos temperatūros ir žaliavos temperatūros. Nustatytos optimalios minėtų liejimo proceso parametrų reikšmės.

The paper deals with the dimensional quality of thermoplastic parts produced by injection moulding. The defect of a part (pulley) resulting from the shrinkage of the material – the deviation of the controlled dimension from the dimension specified in the drawing – was investigated. Experimental investigations were performed and the dependence of the controlled dimension on the moulding pressure, the mould temperature and the raw material temperature was established. The optimum values of the aforementioned process parameters were determined.
