dc.description.abstract | Refractory binder containing liquid glass, ferrochrome slag, alumina cement and microsilica was investigated by chemical thermodynamics methods. It was shown that by thermodynamics calculations in heterogeneous systems chemical reactions occur between the compounds contained in these components. In liquid environment NAS6, M72A, CAS2, C2AS, NAS2, CS, АН, АН3, САНю, C2AHS, C3AH6, CSH, Ca(OH)2, C2SH, NAS3H2, C2S3H2S formed at room temperature When samples were burnt at a temperature of 1000 °C, A12O3, by synthesis reactions, CAS2, C2AS, NAS2, NaS4, NAS6, were formed in addition. Part of these minerals were identified by X-ray investigations. In experimental works with liquid glass and alumina cement mixes, it was established that the mixes stored at room temperature for a long time did not set and harden. | lit |
