Abstract

Daugiabučių namų atnaujinimui (modernizavimui) skirtų tipinių detalių bei priemonių KATALOGAS parengtas remiantis Lietuvos ir kitų šalių daugiabučių namų modernizavimo patirtimi bei mokslinių tyrimų duomenimis. Kataloge pateikti sprendiniai - tipinės detalės paruoštos laikantis Lietuvoje galiojančių norminių dokumentų nuorodų. Katalogo rengėjų tikslas - padėti įgyvendinti Valstybinę daugiabučių namų atnaujinimo (modernizavimo) programą, kuri numato gerinti daugiabučių namų gyventojų gyvenimo sąlygas, taip pat namų, rajonų bei miestų estetinį vaizdą, taupyti šilumos energiją, užtikrinti gyventojų saugumą, didinti namų eksploatavimo trukmę, mažinti gamtos užterštumą ir pan. Katalogu siekiama prisidėti prie daugiabučių namų modernizavimo projektų ir modernizavimo darbų kokybės gerinimo bei jų eigos spartinimo. Kataloge pateiktus sprendinius taikant konkrečiam daugiabučiam namui, būtina tinkamai įvertinti gyventojų gyvenimo sąlygas, namo fizinę bei estetinę būklę, šilumos, drėgmės, triukšmo izoliacijos bei kitus parametrus. Konkrečią katalogo detalę rekomenduojama taikyti remiantis tvirtais argumentais ir reikiamais normatyviniais skaičiavimais. Katalogas skiriamas daugiabučių namų modernizavimo projektuotojams, rangovams, eksploatuotojams, visų statybos specialybių moksleiviams bei studentams, taip pat profesinės kvalifikacijos kėlimo kursų klausytojams.

Catalogue of standard parts (details) and tools for the reconstruction (modernisation) of the block of flats drawn up on the basis of Lithuania and other countries' experience in the block of flat modernisation and on research data. Solutions, i. e. standard details presented in the catalogue have been prepared according to the references from regulatory documents valid in Lithuania. The authors of the catalogue had the aim to facilitate the implementation of the State block of flat reconstruction (modernisation) programme intended for the improvement of living conditions of the inhabitants of these block of flats, as well as an aesthetic view of houses, regions, towns and cities, for heat energy saving and ensuring safety of people, for the increasing the life cycle of the houses, reducing the environment pollution. The catalogue is aimed to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the block of flat modernisation projects and of the modernisation work itself, to speeding up the process of modernisation. When the solutions presented here are applied to a particular house (block of flat) it is necessary to properly evaluate living conditions of the inhabitants of that house, physical and aesthetical state of it, and parameters of heat, humidity, noise isolation and other parameters. It is recommended that every particular part (detail) in the catalogue would be applied on the basis of strong arguments and appropriate normative calculations. The catalogue is intended for the designers and contractors of block-of flat modernisation, for operators, students of all kinds of the construction speciality, as well as for the attendees of professional qualification courses.
