Urbanizuotos teritorijos sutvarkymo koncepcijų daugiakriterė analizė

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama tvari statyba ir jos elementų vertinimas daugiakriteriais sprendimų priėmimo metodais – MCDM (angl. Multi Criteria Decision Making). Tyrimo objektu pasirinkta teritorijos, esančios Pilaitės mikrorajone, Vilniaus mieste, sutvarkymo koncepcijų analizė. Darbe analizuojama literatūra, susijusi su urbanizacijos procesu, tvaria statyba ir daugiakritere analize, parenkami ir aprašomi tyrimui naudojami metodai. Išanalizavus tiriamos teritorijos esamą būklę, parengiamos trys teritorijos sutvarkymo koncepcijos, kurios vertinamos pagal tris rodiklių grupes, kurių kiekvieną sudaro 4-5 rodikliai. Nagrinėjamos rodiklių grupės pasirinktos remiantis tvarios statybos socialine, ekonomine ir aplinkosaugine dimensijomis. Teritorijos sutvarkymo koncepcijoms vertinti pasirinktas suminis santykių įvertinimo ARAS (angl. Additive Ratio Assessment) metodas.

The final master's thesis deals with sustainable construction and the evaluation of its elements using multi-criteria decisionmaking methods - MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making). The object of the research is the analysis of the concepts of the arrangement of the territory located in the Pilaitė district, Vilnius. The paper analyzes the literature related to the urbanization process, sustainable construction and multicriteria analysis, selects and describes the methods used in the research. After analyzing the current condition of the study area, three concepts of site management are prepared, which are evaluated according to three groups of indicators, each of which consists of 4-5 indicators. The analyzed groups of indicators were selected on the basis of the social, economic and environmental dimensions of sustainable construction. The summative method of relationship evaluation ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) was chosen to evaluate the spatial planning concepts.
