Darnaus gyvenamojo būsto Lietuvoje prieinamumo analizė

Abstract

Baigiamąjame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas darnaus būsto prieinamumas Lietuvos gyventojams. Pirmame skyriuje atliekama mokslinės literatūros analizė – aptariamos darnaus ir prieinamo būsto sampratos, taip pat apžvelgiami darnaus būsto prieinamumo vertinimo kriterijai, suformuluojama darnaus būsto apibrėžtis. Antrame skyriuje apžvelgiama ekonominė situacija ir būsto plėtros tendencijos Europos Sąjungoje. Trečiame skyriuje pateikiama tyrimo metodika. Išanalizuojami 5 šiomis dienomis antrinėje rinkoje parduodami darnūs būstai. Aptariamos būsto įrengimo technologijos, naudojamos medžiagos, statybos sudėtingumas ir būsto įsigyjimo kainos patrauklumas šalies gyventojams. Atliekama PEST ir SSGG analizė. Pateikiami siūlymai, kaip didinti darnaus būsto prieinamumą Lietuvoje. Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 66 psl. teksto be priedų, 43 paveikslai, 8 lentelės, 44 bibliografiniai šaltiniai.

The availability of sustainable housing for the population of Lithuania is examined in the final master's thesis. The first chapter providesliterature review, the concept of sustainable and affordable housing is discussed. The criteria for assessing the affordability of sustainable housing are also reviewed. A precise definition of what constitutes sustainable housing proposed. The second chapter provides an overview of the economic situation and trends in the development of sustainable housing in the European Union. The third chapter presents the research methodology. 5 sustainable homes sold on the secondary market these days are analyzed. Housing installation technologies, materials used, the complexity of construction and the attractiveness of the purchase price of housing for the country's population are discussed. PEST and SWOT analysis is performed. At the end of research recommendations on how to increase the availability of sustainable housing in Lithuania provided. The work consists of an introduction, 3 main parts, conclusions and references. Thesis consist of: 66 p. explanatory text, 43 pictures, 8 tables, 44 bibliographic sources.
