Investicijų projektų daugiakriterio finansinio vertinimo modelis

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami investicijų projektų finansinio ir rizikos vertinimo metodai ir būdai, daugiakriterio vertinimo principai. Atliktas empirinis tyrimas, kuriuo siekiama išsiaiškinti Lietuvos įmonių finansinio ir rizikos vertinimo praktinius aspektus, gauti rezultatai palyginti su užsienio šalių patirtimi šioje srityje. Pateikti investicijų projektų finansinio ir rizikos vertinimo metodai pagal jų naudojimo dažnumą ir prioritetą. Empirinio tyrimo rezultatų pagrindu sudaromas daugiakriterio investicijų projektų finansinio vertinimo modelis. Investicijų projektų daugiakriterio finansinio vertinimo modelis pritaikytas praktikoje, atskleistas daugiakriterio vertinimo būtinumas siekiant išvengti subjektyvumo ir galimų klaidų priimant investicinius sprendimus. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius investicijų projektų vertinimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 8 dalys: įvadas, investicijų projektų finansinio vertinimo teoriniai aspektai, investicijų projektų finansinio vertinimo metodų empirinio tyrimo tikslai, metodika ir organizavimas, tyrimo rezultatai ir jų aptarimas, investicijų projektų daugiakriteris finansinis vertinimas, investicijų projektų daugiakriterio finansinio vertinimo modelio praktinis pritaikymas išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 66 p. teksto be priedų, 18 iliustr., 21 lent., 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse methods and techniques of financial and risk assessment of investment projects and examine principals of multi-criteria evaluation. The empirical study was conducted to reveal the methods of capital budgeting and investment evaluation processes used among Lithuanian enterprises. Obtained results are compared with the foreign experience in this field. Methods of financial evaluation and risk assessment of investment projects are presented based on their priority and the frequency of their use. Based on the results of the empirical study, a model of multi-criteria financial evaluation of investment projects is conducted. The model is applied in practice, revealing the need of multicriteria valuation to avoid subjectivity and potential errors in investment decisions. Conclusions are presented in a final part of the thesis after theoretical and practical aspects of investment projects evaluation are analysed. The thesis is structured in 8 parts: introduction, theoretical aspects of financial evaluation of investment projects, objectives, methodology and organisation of empirical study of financial evaluation of investment projects, results of empirical study and their analysis, multi-criteria financial evaluation of investment projects, practical application of the model of multi-criteria financial evaluation of investment projects, conclusions and suggestions, references. The thesis consist of: 66 pages text without appendixes, 18 pictures, 21 table, 35 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
