Nekilnojamojo turto agento profesinės rizikos vertinimas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe „Nekilnojamojo turto agento profesinės rizikos vertinimas“ nagrinėtos nekilnojamojo turto agento veiklos ypatybės, darbe reikalingos kompetencijos ir įgūdžiai. Atlikta Lietuvos darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos apžvalga, išanalizuota darbuotojo psichinė sveikata ir fiziologija, nekilnojamojo turto agento profesinės rizikos veiksniai bei profesinės rizikos vertinimo etapai. Atliktas nekilnojamojo turto agento patiriamo streso darbe tyrimas, išanalizuoti tyrimo duomenys bei pasiūlyti nekilnojamojo turto agento darbo organizavimo bei streso valdymo būdai. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro: įvadas, probleminė, teorinė, tyrimų ir projektinė dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 65 p. teksto be priedų, 12 iliustr., 6 lent., 38 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

In this master thesis „Professional risk assement of real estate agent“ the features, necessary competencies and skills of real estate agent activity are analyzed. The review of safety and health of lithuanian workers is performed. The mental health and physiology of a worker is analyzed. The factors of real estate agent professional risk and risk assessment stages are analyzed. The research of stress being experienced by real estate agent is performed. The data of the research is analyzed and means of the organization of real estate agent‘s work and stress control are suggested. Structural parts of thesis: introduction, problematical, theoretical, research and analytical parts, conclusions and suggestions, list of literature. Master thesis consists of 65 p. of text without annexes, 12 pictures, 6 tables, 38 bibliog-raphical entries. Annexes included.
