Internacionalizavimo procesai plėtojant aukštųjų technologijų sektorių: ekonominiai sprendimai

Abstract

Disertacijos mokslinių tyrimų objektas – aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtojimo procesai ekonomikos internacionalizavimo sąlygomis. Šiais moksliniais tyrimais siekiama sudaryti prielaidas kryptingai parengti ir įgyvendinti pagrįstus ekonominius sprendimus, skirtus efektyviai plėtoti aukštųjų technologijų sektorių atsižvelgiant į ekonomikos internacionalizavimo aplinkybes. Disertacijoje sprendžiama mokslinė problema atspindi poreikius aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtros krypčių ir prioritetų ekonominiam pagrindimui panaudoti specifinius šio sektoriaus plėtojimo efektyvumo vertinimui skirtus būdus, leidžiančius adekvačiai atsižvelgti į šio sektoriaus ypatumus šiuolaikinės socialinės ekonominės raidos bei mokslo ir technologijų pažangos procesų kontekste. Disertacijoje keliamas tikslas išanalizuoti ir įvertinti aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtojimo tendencijas ir perspektyvas skirtingose pasaulio šalyse ir regionuose ir pasiūlyti kompleksinio aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtojimo efektyvumo vertinimo metodiką, numatant ją pritaikyti Lietuvos sąlygomis. Disertacijoje atsižvelgta į didelę skirtingų siūlomų aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtojimo teorijų ir formų, išreikštų, tarp jų, valstybių, tarptautinių organizacijų teisės aktuose, įvairovę ir jų nagrinėjimo aktualumą globalizacijos ir pasaulio ekonomikos internacionalizavimo sąlygomis. Siūloma aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtojimo efektyvumo vertinimo metodika paremta aukštųjų technologijų plėtojimo kompleksinio tyrimo ir vertinimo aktualumu žinių ekonomikos plėtros kontekste bei didėjančia sektoriaus svarba pasaulio ekonomikai. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, keturi skyriai ir išvados. Įvade atskleidžiamas problemos aktualumas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas, uždaviniai, aprašomas mokslinis darbo naujumas, disertacijos struktūra. Pirmame ir antrame skyriuje pateikta plati metodologinės medžiagos, skirtos internacionalizavimo procesų problematikai ir aukštųjų technologijų plėtojimo modeliams, apžvalga. Trečiame skyriuje pateikti empiriniai tyrimai, atlikti remiantis metodologinės bei metodinės medžiagos analize sprendžiant disertacijoje iškeltus uždavinius. Ketvirtas skyrius skirtas siūlomo modelio pristatymui. Disertacijos pabaigoje suformuluotos išvados ir rekomendacijos. Disertacijos tema perskaityti 8 pranešimai mokslinėse tarptautinėse bei šalies konferencijose ir paskelbta 11 mokslinių publikacijų: vienas straipsnis – mokslo žurnale, referuojamame ISI duomenų bazėje, keturi – mokslo žurnaluose, referuojamuose EBSCO duomenų bazėje, vienas – leidinyje, referuojamame CEEOL duomenų bazėje, vienas – recenzuojamoje tarptautinės konferencijos medžiagoje bei keturi straipsniai – kitų tarptautinių ir šalies konferencijų medžiagoje.

The object of scientific research of dissertation covers processes of high tech-nology sector development in terms of economic internationalisation. This scien-tific research aims to create assumptions for purposeful preparation and imple-mentation of reasonable economic solutions dedicated for efficient development of the sector of high technology considering the circumstances of economic in-ternationalisation. The scientific problem of the dissertation reflects the need to use specific methods of evaluation of the efficiency of the high technology sec-tor development in order to provide economic substantiation for the high tech-nology sector development and priorities, adequately considering the singulari-ties of the sector in the context of processes of modern social, economic, scientific and technological development. The goal of the dissertation is to ana-lyse and to evaluate tendencies and prospective of the high technology sector development in different world countries and regions and to offer a comprehen-sive method of evaluation of the efficiency of the high technology sector devel-opment with possibilities of its adaptation in terms of Lithuania. The dissertation observes and examines the variety of different theories and forms, including national and international organisations legislation, dedicated for high technology sector development, relevant in terms of globalisation and internationalisation of the world economy. The suggested methods of evaluation of efficiency of the high technology sector development are based on the rele-vance of comprehensive study and evaluation in the context of development of knowledge-based economy and growing importance of the sector in the world economy. The dissertation consists on introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The topicality of the problem is revealed, purpose of the dissertation and tasks are stated, scientific novelty of the dissertation is described and the structure of the thesis is presented in the introduction part of the dissertation. The first and sec-ond chapters discuss the theories and models applicable for the further research, and the third chapter provides empirical studies conducted on the basis of analy-sis of methods and methodological materials by solving tasks raised in the dis-sertation. The fourth chapter represents suggested model. The conclusions are represented at the end of the dissertation. The results of the dissertation were announced in 8 scientific international and national conferences and 11 scientific papers were printed – one is referred by ISI database, four – are quoted in EBSCO database, one – in the journals of CEEOL database quotation, one is printed in reviewed international conference proceedings and four papers are published in other conference proceedings.
