Transporto priemonių važiavimo greičio automatizuotų sektorinių kontrolės sistemų diegimo Lietuvos automobilių keliuose galimybių analizė

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe apžvelgiama avaringumo Lietuvos Respublikos valstybinės reikšmės keliuose situacija. Darbe analizuojama automatizuotos sektorinės važiavimo greičio kontrolės sistemos diegimo užsienio šalių patirtis, pateikiami vidutinio važiavimo greičio eksperimentinių bandymų Lietuvos automobilių keliuose rezultatai. Darbo tikslas – atlikti transporto priemonių važiavimo greičio automatizuotos sektorinės kontrolės sistemos diegimo Lietuvos automobilių keliuose galimybių analizę. Baigiamajame darbe atrinkta dešimt kelio ruožų sektorinės greičio kontrolės sistemos diegimui. Darbe įvertintos sistemos diegimui reikalingos investicijos atrinktuose kelio ruožuose bei investicijų atsiperkamumas. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.

An overview of situation of accidents in state roads of the Republic of Lithuania is done in the Master Thesis. There is an experience of installation of automated sectoral vehicle speed control system in foreign countries analyzed; the results of experimental tests of average speed in Lithuanian roads are given in the work. The aim of the work is to make the analysis of possibilities of installation of automated sectoral vehicle speed control systems in Lithuanian roads. Ten stretches of road are selected in the Master Thesis for installation of sectoral system of speed control. The investment needed for the installation of the system in the selected stretches of roads and their payback are evaluated in the thesis. Conclusions and suggestions are given in the end of the thesis.
