Įmonės IT infrastruktūros perkėlimo į debesų kompiuteriją iššūkiai
Abstract
Darbo rezultatas – nustatyta IT infrastruktūros perkėlimo į debesų kompiuteriją visumos faktorių įtaka šiam procesui ir migravimo į IaaS planavimui. Nagrinėjamas hipotetinis privačios įmonės IT infrastruktūros migravimo į debesies teikėjo platformą atvejis. Pateikiamos išvados. Darbą sudaro šešios dalys: įvadas, trys skyriai (dalys), išvados, literatūros ir kitų šaltinių sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 79 p. teksto be priedų, 22 iliustr., 47 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. This master thesis deals with the challenges which emerge when a company moves its IT infrastructure to cloud computing and which affect the implementation of that process, also the interrelationship between the said challenges is being explored. In the first part of the thesis, the concept of cloud computing is introduced, as well as the main models of migration to the cloud (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS), the types of clouds and the methods of adapting the company‘s owned software to the cloud environment. In the second part the specific cloud computing challenges are being examined. The third part is dedicated to the preparation of the process model, which is used for making the decision on migration to the cloud, and it also explores the migration to the IaaS plan, taking into consideration the previous analysis of the challenges. Results of the thesis reveal the impact of entirety of those factors on the process of the migration to the cloud and on the planning of the IaaS migration as such. The thesis examines a hypothetical case study concerning the migration of a private company‘s IT infrastructure to a cloud platform. Conclusions are provided. Structure: introduction, 3 parts, conclusions and references. Thesis consists of: 79 p. text without appendixes, 22 pictures, 47 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
