Aukštųjų mokyklų fizinės aplinkos pritaikymo studentams su judėjimo negalia vertinimas
Abstract
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos Vilniaus aukštųjų mokyklų fizinės aplinkos pritaikymo studentams su judėjimo negalia problemos, pritaikymo būtinumas bei užsienio šalių patirtis šioje srityje. Išanalizuota fizinės aplinkos pritaikymo asmenims su judėjimo negalia koncepcija, neįgalaus asmens sąvoka, pastatų pritaikymo teisinis kontekstas. Apžvelgtas aukštųjų mokyklų neįgalių studentų skaičius, fizinės aplinkos pritaikymo praktika Lietuvoje bei užsienio šalyse. Darbe atliekamas trijų pasirinktų Vilniaus aukštųjų mokyklų fizinės aplinkos prieinamumo neįgaliesiems vertinimas, nustatomos pasiekiamumo problemos bei pasiūlytas vertinamų universitetų prieinamumo gerinimo modelis. Universitetų prieinamumui įvertinti, remiantis kitų autorių vertinimo sistemomis bei STR 03.01:2001 „Statiniai ir teritorijos. Reikalavimai žmonių su negalia reikmėms“, buvo sukurta pastatų pritaikymo neįgaliesiems vertinimo sistema. Atsižvelgiant į gautus rezultatus, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, 3 pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 69 p. teksto be priedų, 24 pav., 11 lent., 75 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. This final master‘s thesis analyzes the higher education schools of Vilnius, specifically the accessibility of their physical environment for students with mobility disability problems, and the necessity for accessibility. Furthermore, the concept of physical environment accessibility for students with mobility disability, as well as the concept of disability are considered, in the legal context of building accessibility. A number of higher education disabled students are studied, along with the physical environment accessibility practice in Lithuania, and learnings from the experiences of other foreign countries. The thesis also assesses three higher education schools of Vilnius in the context of physical environment accessibility for disabled students, determines the problems of accessibility, and offers an accessibility improvement model. This assessment is based on other authors assessment systems and the Technical Construction Regulation STR 03.01:2001; “Building and territory. Requirements for people with disabilities,” created for the assessment of university buildings. Conclusions and suggestions for the future have been proposed, according to the results of the thesis. The structure of this thesis is the following: introduction, three parts, conclusions and suggestions, references. The work consists of: 69 pages (without appendixes), 24 pictures, 11 tables, 75 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
