Abstract
Baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra sukurti ir ištirti elektromagnetinio suvirinimo imitatorių. Darbe apžvelgiama elektromagnetinio suvirinimo technologija ir jos ypatumai, pagrindiniai tokio suvirinimo aparato komponentai. Pagal Biterio ritės parametrų skaičiavimo metodiką atliekami ir analizuojami skaičiavimai ir simuliacijos. Parenkami pagrindiniai elektromagnetinio suvirinimo sistemos komponentai, sujungiama sistema. Testuojamas kibirkštiklis, matuojama srovė, įtampa ir magnetinis laukas ritėje. Sistema išbandoma keliais etapais esant skirtingiems sistemos parametrams. Atliekamas metalinių vamzdinių detalių suvirinimo eksperimentas. Rezultatai lyginami su teoriškai atliktais skaičiavimais. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, skaičiavimai ir simuliacijos, tyrimo objektai ir metodika, tyrimo rezultatai, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 71 p. teksto be priedų, 51 iliustr., 4 lent., 48 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.
 
The aim of the master paper is to assemble and examine an imitation device of electromagnetic welding. The paper reviews the technology of electromagnetic welding and its characteristics as well as the key components of such a welding device. In line with the methodology of calculating Bitter coil parameters, calculations and simulations are carried out and analysed. Key components of an electromagnetic welding system are selected and the system is connected. A spark gap is tested and the current, voltage, and magnetic field in a coil are measured. The system is tested during several stages with different system parameters. An experiment of welding metal tube components is performed. The results are then compared with theoretical calculations. At the end of the paper, conclusions and recommendations are drawn. The paper consists of seven parts: introduction, review of bibliography, calculations and simulations, research objects and methodology, results of the experiment, conclusions and suggestions, list of bibliography. The volume of the paper is 71 pages (excluding appendixes), 51 figures, 4 tables, and 48 bibliographical sources. Appendixes go separately with the paper.
