Rangos įmonių pasiūlymų vertinimas ir rangovo atranka taikant daugiakriterį vertinimą

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami statybos rangovų konkursinių pasiūlymų vertinimo kriterijai ir potencialaus rangovo atrankos procesai. Pirmoje dalyje aptariami konkursų vykdymo etapai, išskiriami pagrindiniai konkursų tipai bei aptarti rangovų atrankos kriterijai, kurie buvo išnagrinėti moksliniuose straipsniuose. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjami keli daugiakriterio vertinimo būdai bei parenkami trys pagrindiniai vertinimo metodai, kurie naudojami norint atrinkti geriausią pasiūlymą pateikusį rangovą įmonės konkursų vykdymo etape. Trečiame skyriuje naudojant ekspertų vertinimą atrenkami pagrindiniai kriterijai, kurie naudojami rangovų atrankos etape, bei pritaikant daugiakriterio vertinimo metodus COPRAS, ARAS ir SAW parenkamas naudingiausias rangos įmonės pasiūlymas. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados bei siūlymai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, 3 skyriai, išvados ir siūlymai, naudotos literatūros sąrašas bei priedai. Darbo apimtis – 77 puslapiai, iš kurių 11 paveikslų, 19 lentelių ir 2 priedai. The final master thesis examines the criteria for evaluating competitive tenders of construction contractors and the selection process of a potential contractor. The first part discusses the stages of the tendering process, distinguishes the main types of competitions and discusses the selection criteria of contractors, which were examined in scientific articles. The second part examines several methods of multi-criteria evaluation and selects the three main methods used to select the best bidder at the tendering stage. The third section uses expert assessment to select the main criteria used in the selection phase of contractors, and by applying multi-criteria evaluation methods, COPRAS, ARAS and SAW, select the most efficient contractor's offer. Conclusions and suggestions are presented at the end of the thesis. Structure: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, literature reference and appendixes. Thesis consists of 77 pages, of which 11 illustrations, 19 tables and 2 annexes.
