Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojamos Fintech ir elektroninių medijų sąsajos. Apžvelgiama Fintech samprata ir pagrindinės veiklos sritys, taip pat apžvelgiama Fintech sektoriaus plėtra. Analizuojama e. medijų samprata ir galimybės bei pritaikymas šiuolaikinėmis rinkos sąlygomis. Nagrinėjamas daugiakanalės prieigos taikymas Fintech sektoriuje. Analizuojami kliento gyvavimo ciklo teoriniai aspektai, klientų kelionės žemėlapio pritaikymas ir realizacija. Darbe atliekamu tyrimu siekiama išsiaiškinti elektroninių medijų poveikį organizacijų augimui, taip pat naudojamas apklausos metodas, kuriuo siekiama išsiaiškinti elektroninių medijų poveikį vartotojų elgsenai/įpročiams. Iš teorinių ir empirinių tyrimų rezultatų atrenkamos dvi didžiausios klientų grupės, pagal kurių įpročius sudaroma kliento gyvavimo ciklo matrica, pagal kurią identifikuojami vartotojo sąlyčio taškui su organizacija, taip pat darbe pateikiamas klientų kelionės žemėlapis, kuriame identifikuojami tikslinių grupių sąlyčio taškai, elgsena, taip pat nustatomi departamentai galintys padėti ištaisyti identifikuotas Fintech sektoriaus organizacijų daromas klaidas. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, 3 dėstymo dalys, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 71 p. teksto be priedų, 16 iliustr., 15 lent., 82 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. Interfaces between Fintech and electronic media are analysed in thesis. In thesis Fintech concept and key areas of activity and Fintech sector development are reviewed. The definition and possibilities in modern market conditions of e.media are analyzed. The application of multichannel access in the Fintech sector are analized. Theoretical aspects of the customer's life cycle, application and realization of the customer's journey map are reviewed. In thesis, research is conducted to determine the impact of electronic media on the growth of Fintech organizations, and a survey method is used to determine the impact of electronic media on user behavior/habits. According to the results of the empirical research, the two largest customer groups are selected, from whose habits the matrix of customer lifecycle is formed, which identifies user touch points with the organization. Customer journey map is made from the theorical and empirical reasearch results. Departments are identified which can correct the mistakes made in the Fintech e. money/payments organizations. The thesis consist of 6 parts: introduction, 3 main parts, conclusions and reference list. Scope of thesis 71 pages without appendixes, 16 illustrations 15 tables, 82 bibliographic sources.
