Energiškai efektyvaus pastato konstrukcinių mazgų parinkimas
Santrauka
Lietuvoje didėjant gyvenamųjų daugiabučių statybos apimtims ir artėjant 2016 metams, kai visi naujai statomi gyvenamieji pastatai turės atitkti A klasės energinio naudingumo reikalavimus, yra mažai žinoma, kaip teisingai suprojektuoti ir parinkti tinkamus konstrukcinius mazgus naujai statomam energiškai efektyviam pastatui. Darbo tikslas - pasirinktam konkrečiam gyvenamam daugiabučiui pastatui parinkti optimalius konstrukcinius mazgus, kad šio pastato energinio naudingumo klasė atitiktų bent A klasės energinio naudingumo pastatams keliamus reikalavimus. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro įvadas, 2 skyriai, išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių sąrašas. Pirmame skyriuje atliekama literatūros apžvalga, apibūdinanti energiškai efektyvius pastatus, jų konstrukcinius mazgus. Antrame skyriuje analizuojamos cokolio, perdangos virš nešildomo rūsio, sienų, stogo, parapetų, balkonų ir sienos sankirtos, langų montavimo, durų ir langų alternatyvos. Parenkami rodikliai, kurių reikšmingumai nustatomi ekspertų vertinimo metodu. Optimalios alternatyvos parenkamos taikant daugiatikslį vertinimo metodą ARAS. Pasirinkto tiriamojo objekto energinio naudingumo klasė nustatoma naudojant energinio sertifikavimo programą „NRG Sert“. Pabaigoje sukuriamas sprendimų modelis energiškai efektyvių pastatų konstrukcinių mazgų parinkimui. Pateikiamos išvados. Darbo apimtis – 68 psl. teksto be priedų. Darbe yra 26 paveiksl., 30 lentelių, 48 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. Residential apartment buildings volumes is growing up in Lithuania. In 2016 all new constructed residential buildings will be upgraded to Class A. There is not enough information how to build energy efficient buildings in Lithuania and select correct design nodes for these buildings. The aim of Master‘s degree is to select the most optimal component for a particular building, that the building's energy performance class will meet A class energy performance requirements. The thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusions and recommendations, references and other information sources. The first chapter is based on a literature review describing the energy-efficient buildings, their structural units. The second chapter analyzes the base of ceilings above unheated basement, walls, roof, parapets, balconies and walls intersection, window installation, doors and windows design nodes. Selected indicators of significance established expert assessment method. Optimal alternatives are selected using the multi criteria method ARAS. The chosen object of study of the energy efficiency class is determined by the energy certification program NRG Sert. At the end is created model of energy-efficient buildings' structural components selection. The conclusions. Scope of work – 68 pages of text without appendixes, 26 figures, 30 tables and 48 bibliographical sources. Appendixes seperately added at the end of the thesis.
