Turbokompresorių remonto baro techninės priežiūros ir remonto proceso efektyvumo tyrimas
Abstract
Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamos turbokompresorių techninės priežiūros ir remonto efektyvumo priežastys. Darbe supažindinama su turbokompresoriaus sudėtimi, veikimu bei paskirtimi. Analizuojami dažniausi gedimai ir priežastys. Apžvelgta kitų autorių literatūra. Atliktas daugiakriterinių sprendimų metodų taikymas nustatant veiksnius, nulemiančius techninės priežiūros ir remonto efektyvumą. Tyrimui atlikti taikomas lyginamosios analizės metodas. Analizuojami didžiausią įtaką turbokompresoriaus techninės priežiūros ir remonto efektyvumui darantys veiksniai. Remiantis moksliniais darbais nustatyti pasiūlymai remonto efektyvumui gerinti. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, mokslo darbų analizė, metodika, tyrimas, siūlymai ir išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 102 p. teksto be priedų, 41 iliustr., 38 lent., 31 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. The factors of efficiency of maintenance and repair of turbochargers were analyzed in this master thesis. The paper describes the structure of the turbocharger, its operations, and its purpose. In addition to this, the most common failures are defined and the reasons for their occurrence. For this purpose, other authors' articles and research papers were reviewed and presented. The multicriteria decision methods were applied to determine the factors that impact the maintenance and repair of turbochargers. Therefore, the research is based on the comparative analysis method, which enables identifying characteristics, which have the most significant impact on the efficiency of the maintenance and repair of turbochargers. After determining those factors, the suggestions, which can help improve the efficiency of repair and maintenance of turbochargers, were proposed based on academic literature and articles. This master thesis will be structured as follows. The introduction part will be followed by the theoretical part describing the main concepts prevalent in the respective field of research and scientific literature. Then, the arguments for the chosen research approach and the method will be presented in the methodology part. The empirical findings will be introduced in the research section, and the proposed measures will be defined. Finally, before the list of references, the conclusions will be presented. This thesis consists of 102 pages without appendices, 41 figures, 38 tables, 31 references. The appendices are attached additionally.
