Covid-19 pandemijos įtaka Lietuvos statybos įmonei ir jos statomiems objektams

Magistro baigiamajame darbe yra pateikiami pandemijos įtakos Lietuvos statybos įmonei ir jos statomiems objektams rezultatai. Atliekant magistro baigiamąjį darbą, remiantis naujausia moksline literatūra, buvo sukurtas tyrimo instumentarijus, skirtas parengti priemones, atskleidžiančias pandemijos įtak1 Lietuvos statybos įmonei ir jos statomiems objektams. Teorinei analizei atlikti pasirinkta naujausia Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinė literatūra, atskleidžianti pandemijos įtaką statybos įmonei ir jos statomiems objektams. Eksperimentiniai tyrimai atlikti organizuojant kiekybinį ir kokybinį tyrimus. Tyrimų metu atlikta anketinė apklausa raštu ir pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu Lietuvos statybos įmonėje. Darbe pateikiami apibendrinti tyrimų rezultatai bei rekomendacijos, kaip pagerinti pandemijos padarinių šalinimą statybos įmonėje. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, mokslinės literatūros, susijusios su tiriamuoju objektu, apžvalga, tiriamos problemos analizė ir formulavimas, teorinis tyrimas ir rezultatų įvertinimas, eksperimentinis tyrimas ir jo rezultatų įvertinimas, išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūra. Darbo apimtis – 71 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 16 paveikslų, 17 lentelių, 35 bibliografiniai šaltiniai, priedai. The Master's thesis presents the results of the impact of the pandemic on a Lithuanian construction company and the facilities it builds. In the course of the Master's thesis, a research toolkit was developed, based on the latest scientific literature, in order to develop tools to reveal the impact of the pandemic on a Lithuanian construction company and the objects it builds. The theoretical analysis was based on the most recent scientific literature from Lithuanian and foreign authors, which reveals the impact of a pandemic on a construction company and the objects it builds. Experimental studies were carried out by organising quantitative and qualitative research. The research involved a written questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview in a Lithuanian construction company. The paper presents a summary of the results of the research and recommendations to improve pandemic response in a construction company. The thesis consists of 7 parts: introduction, review of scientific literature related to the subject under study, analysis and formulation of the problem under study, theoretical study and evaluation of the results, experimental study and evaluation of the results, conclusions and recommendations, references. The volume of the work consists of 71 pages of text without appendices, 16 figures, 17 tables, 35 bibliographical references, appendices.
