Klimatui neutralių miestų analizė
Santrauka
Magistro darbas yra sudarytas iš trijų pagrindinių dalių: teorinės miestų klimato neutralumo dalies, metodologijos tyrimo dalies ir miestų palyginimo uždavinio sprendimo dalies, naudojant COPRAS, TOPSIS ir WASPAS metodus. Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjamas klimato kaitos poveikis miestams, veiksmai ir politikos mechanizmai klimato neutralizavimui miestuose, prisitaikymo prie klimato kaitos priemonės, neutralių klimatui miestų planavimas ir finansavimo šaltiniai, kriterija ir metodai įvertinti klimato poveikį miestuose. Antroje dalyje modeliuojamas tyrimo modelis, nustatomi miesto neutralumo klimatui kriterijai, analizuojami ir parenkami vertinimo rodikliai. Trečioje dalyje lyginami pasirinkti penki Europos miestai naudojant COPRAS, TOPSIS ir WASPAS metodus. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys pagrindinės dalys su poskyriais, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 74 p. teksto, 5 iliustr., 15 lent., 149 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. In the second part, the research model is created, the climate criteria of the city's neutrality are determined, the evaluation indicators are analyzed and selected. The third part compares five selected European cities using the COPRAS, TOPSIS and WASPAS methods. At the end of the work, the conclusions of the thesis are presented. The work consists of an introduction, three main parts with subsections, conclusions, and references. The volume of work - 74 p. text, 5 pictures, 15 tables, 149 bibliographic entries.
