Sausam dilimui atsparių purkštinių dangų tyrimas
Santrauka
Darbo apimtis – 74 p. teksto be priedų, 23 iliustracijų, 2 lentelės, 74 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. In this master's thesis, the investigation focused on the coatings of a nickel alloy matrix composite material with tungsten carbide particles. The coatings were deposited using flame spray equipment and subsequently processed through melting in a furnace. They were later remelted using an oscillating laser beam. The study encompassed a review of thermal spray technologies, wear-resistant sprayed coatings, and the application of lasers in the production and enhancement of these coatings. Experimental research was conducted to analyze the maximum depth of surface irregularities and surface roughness of the laser-remelted coatings. For these parameters’ the effects of preheating temperature, laser remelting velocity, and laser oscillating amplitude were investigated. Furthermore, the impact of remelting in a furnace and subsequent remelting with an oscillating laser beam on surface hardness, friction coefficient, and dry wear was investigated. An overview of the results and conclusions are presented. The thesis is organized into five parts: introduction, literature review, research on dry-wear resistant coatings, conclusions, and references. The thesis consists of 74 p. text without appendixes, 23 pictures, 2 tables, and 74 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
