Pastato energetinio efektyvumo nustatymas naudojant informacinio modeliavimo technologiją (BIM)
Abstract
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrin&jama pastato informacinio modelio pritaikymo galimyb& pastato energinio efektyvumo skaiciavimui ir analizei. Tyrimo objektas – modernizuojami stambiaplokšciai ir muriniai daugiabuciai gyvenamieji namai. Tyrimo tikslas – pasiekti C energinio naudingumo klase. Pastato informacinis modelis kuriamas programa ArchiCad 12, energijos analiz& atliekama jos programiniu priedu EcoDesigner. Darba sudaro keturios pagrindin&s dalys: Pirmojoje dalyje nagrin&jama pastato informacinio modelio ir energijos modeliavimo sampratos bei pastato energijos suvartojima lemiantys veiksniai teoriniu aspektu. Antrojoje dalyje nagrin&jamos pastatu energinio naudingumo idiegimo ir sertifikavimo proceduros, bei energinio efektyvinimo strategijos igyvendinimas Lietuvoje. Treciojoje dalyje nagrin&jama pastato energijos suvartojimo skaiciavimo technika ArchiCad EcoDesigner programiniu paketu. Ketvirtojoje dalyje atliekama gautu rezultatu analiz&. Rengiant baigiamaji magistro darba, remtasi Lietuvos ir užsienio autoriu tyrimu rezultatais, paskelbtais knygose ir moksliniuose straipsniuose, naudotasi Lietuvos ir užsienio mokslo instituciju moksliniais ir informaciniais leidiniais. Draba sudaro: ivadas, 4 skyriai, išvados, literaturos sarašas. This dissertation is the research study of the potentiality to use building information modeling (BIM) for the energetic efficiency calculation and analysis. The object of research is modernized block houses and stone masonry apartments. The target of the research is to reach the class C of the energetic utility. The building information model (BIM) is being created with ArchiCad 12 program, the energetic analysis is done by its supplement program EcoDesigner. Dissertation consists of four main parts: • The first part of the work contains the conceptions of the BIM and the energetic modeling, also theoretical aspects of the determined forces in the building energy consumption. • The second part contains analysis of Building energetic utility introduction and certification procedures, the energy efficiency strategy implementation in Lithuania. • The third part covers the building energy consumption calculation technique with ArchiCad EcoDesigner program. • The fourth part consists of the research result analysis. The research results of Lithuanian and foreign authors that are published in books and scientific articles were used while preparing this master work, also as scientific and informational publications from Lithuanian and foreign science institutions. Dissertations consists: introduction, conclusions, 4 chapters, information sources.
