Šiuolaikinių technologijų taikymo pastatų modernizavimo procese analizė

Abstract

Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoje darbo dalyje atliekama šiuolaikinių technologijų taikymo pastatams modernizuoti analizė. Analizuojant šaltinius surinkta informacija apie modernių technologijų taikymą skirtingose pastato dalyse. Antroje darbo dalyje atliekama analizė apie modernizavimo situaciją Lietuvoje ir pasirinktose užsienio šalyse. Trečioje darbo dalyje atliekamas tyrimas apie modernių technologijų naudą ir panaudojimo galimybes pastatų modernizavimo procese. Atlikta SSGG analizė įvertinti Lietuvos daugiabučių namų modernizavimo galimybės ir taikyti COPRAS, TOPSIS ir WASPAS daugiakriteriai metodai įvertinti geriausias modernizavimo technologijas. Darbo apimtis – 62 puslapiai teksto be priedų be priedų, 14 iliustracijų, 34 lentelės, 96 bibliografinių šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The Master’s thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the thesis analyses the application of modern technologies for the modernization of buildings. By analyzing sources, information on the application of modern technologies in different parts of a building is collected. The second part of the thesis analyses the modernization situation in Lithuania and in selected foreign countries. In the third part of the thesis, a study is carried out on the benefits and possibilities of using modern technologies in the process of building modernization. A SWOT analysis is carried out to assess the retrofitting potential of Lithuanian multi-apartment buildings and multi-criteria methods COPRAS, TOPSIS and WASPAS are applied to assess the best retrofitting technologies. The thesis consists of 62 pages of text without appendices, 14 illustrations, 34 tables, 96 bibliographic sources. The annexes to the work are attached separately.
