Sportas karantino metu: vietoj sofos – nuotolinės treniruotės
Abstract
Social and physical activity are probably some of the most important things we lack during quarantine. However, we were soon to see that we can successfully work remotely and transfer our communication to various online platforms. But what about sports? It turns out that this is also quite easy to solve: Raminta Kuktaitė, Head of the Sports Department at the Sports and Arts Centre of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH), says that although there were a number of challenges, students had every opportunity to join in virtual workouts, maintain or even improve their physical fitness, and even compete against each other throughout the quarantine.
