Grinding systems for finishing of workpieces

Various aspects of the improvement of the functioning of the grinding systems are considered. Active methods of the control of the grinding systems are proposed to ensure the quality required for finishing. Its pointed out that the quality of finishing is closely connected with mutual position of die tool and the workpiece in die grinding process. This position is appreciated by permissible state areas of the axis of the tool and the workpiece. Analytical expression of this interaction is described by the non-traditional mathematical dependences. Mathematical models presented evaluate eccentricity between die tool and die workpiece or between die other elements of the system and enable to understand better the appearance of the second and higher harmonics on the workpiece processed or on the tool. They allow to simulate the finishing not only of die cylindrical, but also of the non-round profile workpieces, such as cams, eccentrics, etc. The mathematical dependences worked out allow to build various modifications of the grinding systems and to evaluate the quality of their functioning. A circuit for the active control of the tool position is proposed, with the goal of the quality improvement of finishing. For this purpose the usage of the adaptive spindle supports with friction of fluid lubrication is suggested. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami netradiciniai šlifavimo sistemų konstrukciniai ypatumai, jų funkcionavimo kokybė bei matematiniai sąryšiai tarp sąveikaujančių elementų. Sudaryti matematiniai modeliai, įvertinantys pirmąją harmoniką tarp įrankio ir detalės arba kitų sąveikaujančių elementų leidžia geriau suprasti antros ir kitų harmonikų atsiradimą ant šlifuojamos detalės arba įrankio. Pasiūlyta schema aktyviam pirmos harmonikos valdymui baigiamajame šlifavimo etape, siekiant sumažinti antros harmonikos atsiradimą. Tam tikslui siūloma naudoti adaptyvines skystines trinties špindelines atramas. Eksperimentinis teorijos patikrinimas davė teigiamus rezultatus. Gauti tiksluminiai rodikliai tenkina finišinio šlifavimo reikalavimus.
