dc.description.abstractThe paper introduces the "passive house" requirements. Applying multi-criteria analysis method TOPSIS the most effective construction version of a single family residential building is selected and a priority selection system is made. An essential condition – a selected wall construction must meet the building's energy efficiency class A++ communication requirements of near-zero energy buildings. The task is for the Lithuanian market, a valid construction technical regulation STR 2:01:09: 2012 and other regulatory documents are taken into consideration. Also the system of 6 criteria for effectiveness is made and the importance of the criteria is set.eng
