Rotorinės sistemos su segmentiniais slydimo guoliais diagnostika taikant rotoriaus ašies sukimosi orbitas
Abstract
Siekiant didelio standumo, tikslaus sukimosi ir efektyvaus virpesių slopinimo greitai ir tiksliai besisukantys rotoriai dažniausiai montuojami mechanizmuose su segmentiniais slydimo guoliais. Viena šio tipo guolių problema yra tepalo plėvelės sluoksnio nestabilumas. Tepalo plėvelės nestabilumas, pasireiškia tepalo sūkuriais ir plakimu. Nustačius segmentinių slydimo guolių sukimosi dažnius, kuriose vyksta tepalo sūkuriai ir plakimas, galima valdyti rotoriaus sukimosi nestabilumo problemas. Straipsnyje pateikti rotorinės sistemos: rotorius-tepalas-segmentiniai slydimo guoliai, tyrimai. For high rigidity, precise rotation and effective vibration damping, fast and precise rotating rotors are usually mounted in mechanisms with segmental sliding bearings. One problem with this type of bearing is the instability of the oil film layer. Instability of the oil film, manifested by oil whirls and whip. By determining the rotational frequency of the segmental sliding bearings, in which the oil whirls and whip occur, the problems of rotor rotation instability can be controlled. The article presents the research of rotor systems: rotor-oil-segmented sliding bearings. Researches have been performed to evaluate the dynamic behavior of the rotor system during oil whirls and whip. The rotor frequency was varied from 0 to 4500 rpm. A special stand with diagnostic equipment was used for the experimental researches. Experimental research have determined the unstable rotation frequencies of the rotor system. The experimental results confirmed that the oil whirls and whip can be determined by applying the orbit of the axis of rotation of the rotor.
