Žemės sklypo kadastriniai (geodeziniai) matavimai

Abstract

Svarbiausi geodezijos uždaviniai – atskirų Žemės paviršiaus taškų padėties nustatymas pasirinktoje koordinačių sistemoje ir detalus Žemės paviršių ir jame esančių vietovės elementų atvaizdavimas plokštumoje. Be geodezijos neapsieinama sudarant topografinius planus arba žemėlapius, prireikus įvairias problemas, susijusias su žemės naudoji-mu ir teritorijų planavimu, įvairios paskirties statybinių objektų projektavimu, eksploatavimu ir kt. Tuo tikslu atliekami geodeziniai matavimai. Jų metu matuojami atstumai, kampai, aukščių skirtumai nuo atraminių iki pasirinktų taškų. Šių matavimų tikslas – nustatyti matuojamųjų taškų padėtį – koordinates. Žemės sklypų kadastriniai matavimai atliekami pagal teritorijų planavimo dokumentus – detaliuosius ar specialiuosius planus, žemės valdos projektus, institucijų, atsakingų už žemės sklypų formavimo valstybinėje žemėje organizavimą, patvirtintus žemės planus ir kt.

The most important tasks of geodesy are to determine the position of individual points on the Earth’s surface in the selected coordinate system, and the detailed representation of the Earth’s surface and its location elements in the plane. Without surveying, topographic plans or maps are not possible when it comes to solving various problems related to land use and spatial planning, design, operation of construction objects for various purposes, etc. Geodetic measurements are made for this purpose. Geodetic measurements measure distances, angles, and height differences from reference to selected points. The purpose of these measurements is to determine the coordinates of the position of the measuring points. Cadastral measurements of land plots are performed in accordance with territorial planning documents, detailed or special plans, land holding projects, land plans approved by the institutions responsible for the organization of land plots on state land, etc.
