It is shown that chemical aggressive environment essentially changes the building structures exploitation conditions. The corrosion demages of concrete and reinforcement caused by chemical agents take an effect on the load bearing capacity of structures and reduced the durability of buildings. The load carrying structures of galvanic shop framework was investigated to estimate the influence of commonly encaonfered chemicals on the structures performance under statical loading and to make a recomendations for their future exploitation. The floor structures of the shop basement are intensively acting by the acids and alcalys solutions, oil and fats spilling on the flooring and passing the framework structures through the waterproofing demages. This action have a negativ effect on the floor panels, rigels and columns by the causing of corrosion process in concrete and reinforcing steal, the spalling and cracking of the concrete cover and the local failuring of structures. The load bearing capacity of the bacement frame have been estimated taking into account the real state of structures and their exploitation conditions. The recomendations of the framework structures renovation and strengthening on the new loading conditions also have been proposed.
