Automobilio deformacijų kompiuterinis modeliavimas LS DYNA programa
Abstract
The work analyzes the influence of the car body structure on passive safety. The strategy of creating a car body, the materials used and their purpose are also examined. The main methods used to check the structural safety of the body are reviewed, the main advantages and disadvantages of the considered methods are evaluated. Computer simulation is carried out using the LS DYNA program, using the Toyota Yaris finite element model. The course of computer modelling is described, the obtained results are analyzed, graphs are made, car deformations are evaluated and conclusions are presented. After simulating the collisions of the Toyota Yaris car, the forces generated during a collision with an obstacle were obtained. The maximum force in the collision with a nondeformable wall at 25% overlap and the car moving at 30 km/h is about 178.6 kN, and the maximum force is about 334.5 kN when the car is moving at 50 km/h, i.e., when the speed is increased to 20 km/h, the force increases almost 1.9 times.
