dc.description.abstract | The paper presents one of ecological building methods using local stocks straws. The straw bale building was first developed in America during the 1800's and is a technique that is rapidly gaining popularity today in the world and in Lithuania, too. There is given information about innovative, environmentally-friendly building ideas, which would not be only cheaper than other popular products used in the building, but healthier for people.
