Abstract

There are 82% of dwelling houses in Lithuania, which must be winter-proofed. There are maked programs, renovation and heating credit funds, but these programs realized rather slowly. The principal cause-most of the owners of dwelling houses haven't enough means for work financing. The owners of flats must be informed about the possibilities of dwelling houses winter-proofing with credit on favourable terms and using inexpensive technologies. There is recommended, that exploitation firms of flats near local administration shoud give services with winter-proofing works.
