Life process of a project cannot be effectively implemented without the satisfac¬tion of purposes of all interested parties (buyers, customers, constructing and designing organizations, suppliers, the Law and State bodies, the users, and so on). The number of interested parties, their capacity and pursued goals can un¬dergo changes caused by the type, extent, time and other factors of the project being realized. However, there exist typical interested parties with their typical pursued goals which very often determine the efficiency of a project. The inter¬ested parties and their aspired goals make up one entity. Tire greater is the scope of realization of pursued goals (taking into account their significance), the greater, in opinion of interested parties, is the efficiency of the project. In other words, the efficiency of a project is directly proportional to the entity of realized goals. A number of problems arise in determination of rational goals pursued by interested parties, in selection of efficient interested parties themselves and in solution of various other project efficiency increasing problems. In order of their solution, the authors have suggested new project multicriteria assessment method which are briefly described further on. For better evidence, this method is pre¬sented together with an example of an efficient contractor selection.eng
