Gaminamo asfaltbetonio mišinio vienalytiškumo modeliavimas
Abstract
Asfaltbetonio mišinio sudėtis turi atitikti jo projektinę sudėtį. Mineralinių komponentų bei bitumo masės vidurkiai mišinyje negali skirtis nuo projekte nustatytos jų masės daugiau negu rekomenduojama valstybiniame standarte. Taigi būtina naudoti tokias medžiagas, technologijų bei įrenginius, kad asfaltbetonio mišinys būtų vienalytiškas. Teoriniais tyrimais nustatyta, kad asfaltbetonio mišinio komponentų nuokrypio nuo vidurkio plotis daugiausiai priklauso nuo dozuojamų karštų mineralinių medžiagų granulomelrinės sudėties varijacijos jų bei bitumo dozavimo paklaidų. Matematinių modelių bei juos atitinkančių grafikų tikslumas patvirtintas eksperimentiniais tyrimais gamyboje. The composition of asphalt concrete mixtures must satisfy its design composition. The average of quantities of the mineral components and bitumen in the mixture can not deviate from the design quantities more than it is allowed in the Standard requirements. Materials, technology and mixing equipment necessaryly should be used such as allowed for producing asphalt concrete mixture with the least fluctuating quantities of mixture components. The width of fluctuations around average of quantities of the components in asphalt concrete mixture as the theoretical research showes mostly depends on the variation of grading of hot mineral aggregates in the process of production, also on its and bitumen dosing errors. Mathematical models and graphs were obtained and the rightness was corroborated by the experimental research, which was held in the process of production asphalt concrete mixtures
