Abstract

Rupert Art and Education Centre in the suburb of Valakampiai. Replacing an old shop, it stands at the axis of the street at the end of the former trolley ring. Inaugurated in 2013, the Centre has gained much attention, becoming one of the largest arts and culture buildings inaugurated in Lithuania in last 20 years. The Rupert is a multifunctional art and education space for artists and art lovers
