| dc.description.abstract | Pastaruoju metu geležinkelių renovacijai Lietuvoje skiriamas didelis dėmesys. Europos sąjungos struktūriniai fondai dalinai finansuoja geležinkelių plėtros ir renovacijos projektus todėl atsiranda efektyvaus projektų valdymo poreikis. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama geležinkelių infrastruktūros plėtros svarba, projektų valdymo problematika . Identifikuojamos pagrindinės problemos kurios atsiranda valdant geležinkelių projektus. Analizuojami „Last planner“ sistemos principai, sistema pritaikoma konkrečiam geležinkelių projektui. Identifikuojamos projektų valdymo problemos, kurias išsprendžia sistema. This is the reason of effective project management demand. The article deals with the importance of the railway infrastructure development, project management problems.
