Abstract
The book is a manual for students of the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University faculties of Environmental Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Civil Engineering as well as for foreign students at the International Study Center and on Erasmus+ programme, who study general chemistry in English. The manual introduces the key topics in general chemistry in line with the curriculum of the teaching course, contains problem solving examples and descriptions of methods and instructions for the laboratory works offered at the Department of Chemistry and Bioengineering.
