Technikos sąvoka: kaip išvengti stručio strategijos ir pamatyti dramblį

Abstract

Straipsnyje analizuojama technikos sąvoka, siekiant ją suprobleminti, pateikti konceptualius instrumentus technikos reiškinių įvairovei apžvelgti, įvardinti ryškiausiais skirtumais pasižyminčias technikos reiškinių grupes. Technika bendriausia prasme suprantama kaip visuma žmogaus sukurtų daiktų / objektų / sistemų ir veiksmų / veikimo metodų, kurie panaudojami kaip priemonės / instrumentai siekiant kokių nors tikslų. Siūloma technikos reiškinius skirstyti į tris kategorijas: (1) daiktinė / materialioji technika; (2) kalbinė-informacinė technika; (3) socialinė technika / technologija. Teigiama, jog technikos sąvokos neįmanoma redukuoti į jokį konkretų / atskirą techninį objektą ar technologinį veiksmą – suprantant tai kaip technikos kūrimą ir technikos panaudojimą.

The article analyzes the concept of technology. Expressing the problematic of the notion, the creating of conceptual tools to consider the variety of technical phenomena and also to differentiate the main groups are basic goals of this research. In the broadest sense technology is understood as all creations (things and actions/methods of action) used by human beings as a means/instruments in seeking various concrete purposes. The author classifies technical phenomena into three categories: (1) material technology/technique, (2) linguistic-informational technology, (3) social technology. The main thesis defended is: the concept of technology is not reducible to any kind of technical object and action/process – in the meaning of creation and use of technology.
