Oro valymo įrenginys

Abstract

Išradimas priklauso oro valymo nuo dulkių sričiai ir gali būti panaudotas aspiracinėse bei pneumotransporto sistemose. Išradimo tikslas - įrenginio konstrukcijos supaprastinimas ir eksploatacinių savybių pagerinimas. Oro valymo įrenginys turi kombinuotą korpusą, kurio viršutinė dalis pagaminta iš tankaus filtracinio audinio (1) ir retesnio gofruoto audinio (2), o apatinė metalinė dalis (3) kartu yra ir dulkių surinkimo bunkeris. Užteršto oro padavimo vamzdyje (4) pritvirtintame viršutinėje korpuso dalyje, sumontuotas daugiasparnis oro srauto turbulizatorius (5), o apatinėje metalinėje korpuso dalyje yra tūtos (6), pro kurias iš pneumoįrenginio (7) paduodamas suspaustas oras filtracinio audinio regeneracijai.

Invention applies to air cleaning from dust and may be used in aspiratory and pneumatic transportation systems. Invention aims at the simplification of the device and improvement of the exploitation characteristics. The air cleaning device has a combined housing, the upper part of which is made from thick a filtration fabric (1) and sparse folded fabric (2), the bottom metal part (3) at the same time serves as a dust bin. In the contaminated air supply pipe (4) fixed in the top part of a case, a multi-vane air stream turbulence mixer (5) is mounted and in the bottom metal part there are nozzles (6) through which from the pneumatic device (7), pressured air is supplied for the regeneration of the filtration fabric.
