Kadastro duomenų surinkimo Lietuvos bei Lenkijos respublikose ypatumų analizė

Abstract

Tikslas - išanalizuoti Lietuvos ir Lenkijos Respublikų kadastro sistemas, išnagrinėti kadastrinių duomenų surinkimą, apdorojimą ir kadastrinės bylos sudarymą, apžvelgti teisinius aktus bei atlikti šių valstybių kadastro sistemų palyginimą. Pateikiami pagrindiniai Lietuvos ir Lenkijos teisės aktai, kurie reglamentuoja kadastrinių duomenų surinkimą, tikslinimą bei apdorojimą. Aptariama kadastrinių duomenų surinkimo ir atnaujinimo metodika Lenkijoje. Straipsnyje analizuojamas kadastrinės bylos sudarymas Lietuvoje. Aptariama programinė įranga, reikalinga žemės sklypų planų išbraižymui. Tyrime pateikiami skirtumai ir panašumai surenkant, pateikiant kadastrinius duomenis Lietuvos bei Lenkijos Respublikose.

The main goal of work is to analyze cadastral systems in the Lithuania and in the Poland, to investigate cadastral data collection, processing and cadastral file formation, to review the law acts and to make comparison of these countries cadastral systems. There are presented the law acts, in the Lithuania and in the Poland, which regulates the collecting, updating and processing of cadastral data. There is discussion about the cadastral data collecting and updating methodology in Poland. Also in this paper is an analysis of cadastral file formation in the Lithuania. There is discussion about software needed for the land-plot plan drawing. In this study is presented differences and similarities in the collection and presentation of cadastral data between both republics.
