Nekilnojamojo turto kadastro duomenų bylų analizei naudota atsitiktine tvarka parinktos Nekilnojamojo turto kadastro duomenų bylos iš Nacionalinės žemės tarnybos Vilniaus m. skyriaus bei žemės sklypo kadastro duomenų bylos tikrinimo aktai surinkti iš 10 didžiausių teritorinių Nacionalinės žemės tarnybos padalinių. Nustatyti pagrindiniai Nekilnojamojo turto kadastro duomenų bylose pažeidžiami teisės aktai bei dažniausiai pasitaikančios klaidos. | lit |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the research was to identify the biggest and most common mistakes in the creation of real estate cadastral cases. Real estate cadastral cases for the analysis were taken in random order from the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius Department. The land plot cadastral cases were gathered from the 10 biggest territories of the National Land Service subdivisions. Deter, mined the most common mistakes and the main legislation that were broken in the real estate cadastral cases. | eng |
