| dc.description.abstract | Climate change and energy consumption have become strongly linked nowadays. A building-related energy-saving measures reduce energy consumption and thereby CO2 emissions significantly. Some of the problems involved in evaluating the retrofit effectiveness of buildings are considered. The authors of this paper offer a method to determining the retrofit effectiveness of building based on expected the increase in market value of renovated build-ings. | eng |
