dc.description.abstractAssessment of carrying capacity of reinforced concrete columns of circular cross-section is considered in this article. Strength analysis of reinforced concrete columns of circular cross-section is specific in comparison with these of rectangular cross-section. The proposed method of analysis is analogous to that of the ring cross-section columns. Carrying capacity of the circular cross-section columns obtained from calculation by proposed method agrees well with experimental results.eng
