Assessment of payment systems in construction: Lithuanian case study

Abstract
The paper discusses the payroll system form selecting a system for workers in the construction sector. The main objective of the study to develop a methodology and algorithms allow to anticipate payroll form according to the type of work. The article analyzes several main tasks: different building installation for calculating wage forms, employees motivating working conditions and appropriate measures of motivation and wage system interconnection. The first task was formulated on the basis of some form of wages for calculating the shape of the selection. The second task are associated with the biggest responsibility and the successful minimize of construction project cost of wages. The last task to create a matrix that is able to automatically assign payroll system in accordance with the nature of work.
