Abstract
In this manuscript, a multiple criteria decision-making approach adapted for collaborative decision-making and negotiation, based on the use of the adapted Weighted Sum and SWARA methods, is proposed. Contrary to the commonly used approaches, in this approach, every decision-maker involved in evaluation use shis/her own weights of criteria and determines the ranking order of the evaluated alternatives. Therefore, the final selection of the most appropriate alternative is made on the basis of negotiation in this approach. Finally, at the end of the paper, an empirical illustration is presented in order to highlight the proposed approach. The obtained results confirm the usability and efficiency of the proposed approach
