dc.description.abstractIn this paper the computer model of the high voltage, high frequency submicrosecond electric field generator for electroporation of biological objects is presented. This paper addresses the problem of the impact of parasitic circuit elements and minimization of the transient processes during sub microsecond high voltage pulses. Using SPICE simulation software, the influence of the parasitic electrical circuit elements to the generated electric field pulse are analyzed. The transient processes damping circuit using controlled crowbar and RC snubber circuits are proposed.eng
