Obtaining the weights of indicators to evaluate special transportation services according to f-AHP methodology
Abstract
Multicriteria decision making methods are widely used in different decision making situations where the indicators of diverse fields should be evaluated. The problem of integration of special transportation services to people with movement disorders into existing public transport system is analyzed in this paper. The evaluation of possible alternatives is based on indicators that can be used for decision making. According to the requirements of sustainable public transport development, the set of indicators was carried out. Whereas the public transport environment is claimed to be a fuzzy environment, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (f-AHP) can be applied to obtain the fuzzy weight of each indicator. This system of indicators is a tool for decision makers in further evaluation of the alternatives. A case study is provided to verify this approach.
