dc.description.abstractIt is experimentally proven that the students workability were improved due to the less intensive but longer work in the physical practise (aerobically method). That is shown by better 2.00 m running results (33-38 sec) and pulse recovering (from 122 to 116 t/mm). Those results were achieved due to improved physical workability.eng
