Consumer social responsibility: example of cycling service

Abstract

The article is made to present a research made about social responsibility of consumer using cycling service example. There is analyzed the tourism sector determining a relation between the socially responsible behavior of an organization and the behavior of the consumer.

Straipsnyje pristatomi vartotojų socialinės atsakomybės tyrimo rezultatai analizuojant dviračių paslaugas kaip pavyzdį. Analizuojant su turizmo sektoriumi siejamą atvejį, straipsnyje nustatoma socialiai atsakingos elgsenos sąsaja tarp organizacijos ir jos vartotojo.
