Increasing the accuracy of precision equipment: mechatronic approach

Abstract

Examples of correction of the geometric errors of precise machines and metal cutting tools are discussed in the article. The elements of piezoceramics are applied by inserting them into the relevant correction area. The effectiveness of correctional impact on the straight - line or circular displacement by piezoceramic elements is disclosed and summary correction of some constituents of the errors in the volume as well. Most of the described correctional mechanisms and their effectiveness of application, especially in precision mechanics, are investigated experimentally.

Straipsnyje nagrinėjami precizinių mašinų ir staklių geometrinių paklaidų koregavimo pavyzdžiai ir galimybės taikyti pjezoelektrinių medžiagų elementus, įterptus į atitinkamą koregavimo zoną. Pateikta tiesiaeigio ir apskritiminio judesio pjezoelektrinių elementų poveikio efektyvumo bei suminio kelių matmenų erdvinių paklaidų koregavimo pavyzdžių. Dauguma aprašytų koregavimo mechanizmų yra išbandyti praktiškai ir nustatyta, kad jie gali būti efektyviai panaudojami, ypač precizinėje mechanikoje.
