dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes a method to increase the precision of sampling oscilloscopes time-base then using new hybrid time-base architecture. The traditional time-base of sampling oscilloscope has three kinds of time-base error including time base drift, time-base jitter and time base distortion. New hybrid time-base architecture allows to minimize this kind of errors.eng
