Abstract

Crisis of modern democracy is solved in many cases with ideology. Revival of democracy in the Europe is directly connected with development of capitalism when it developed according to spirit and principles of classical liberalism - LAISSEZ PASSER, LAISSEZ FAIRE. Liberalism became for democracy an ideological compass, which applicability is to hold highly banner of freedom, what the state and society has not receded from a way of democratic chantes. In this case liberalism, as well as each ideology, is qualitative modus which causes sense of public connection and represents for them an original configuration and direction. But in it modus there can be destructive moments destroying function of other systems and even lead up to its degradation. It directly influences and to the democracy. But the ideology is irrational and it is possible and necessary to rationalize, betraying liberalism the social maintenance. For the postsocialist states it means skill to combine two fundamental values of human life - freedom and a sociality not only in sphere of economy. This union the political philosophy and legal philosophy at the same time should represent.
